However, while not using the Arm IP, the company likely planned to continue using Arm ISA.
Apparently, this will allow Samsung to have CPUs to power smartphones and laptops, internally referring to these processors as "Galaxy Chips." The sources noted that AMD's senior developer, responsible for CPU development at team red, is leading the group and supposedly making these new chips. In a report made by Pulse News, the media source claims that Samsung is supposedly forming a particular group to develop a custom CPU IP that is not based on the Arm's stock Cortex design.
